Shipping policy

At Mountain Vine, every order is thoughtfully packed and prepared with care. We aim to make the experience of sending and receiving one of our curated boxes as beautiful and seamless as possible. 

Processing Time: 

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates:

We offer flat rate shipping of $6 on all U.S. orders. We currently do not ship internationally.

Carriers: 

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx depending on location and best available service. 

Estimated Delivery Time: 

Most orders arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment depending on the destination. 

Shipping Address Accuracy: 

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. 

Lost or Damaged Packages: 

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at info@themountainvine.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll do our best to make it right.
